We are delighted to be featuring the amazing Zoey at Framewerks during March/ April.

Bates Upholstery was established by Zoey Bates after graduating in both innovative and traditional upholstery at the Shoreditch Design Rooms.

Having previously been a catwalk and traditional silversmith (designer and maker) for twenty years, Zoey moved into upholstery to create pieces on a larger scale for everyday use. Pop in and see Zoey's fantastic oil drum creations, beautiful cushions and lavender bags made from the most sumptuous fabric: Sanderson and Osbourne & Little to name but a few.
Charlotte Upton's new body of work is exhibiting at Framewerks throughout December and January!

This series of work represents a new direction for Charlotte as she has previously worked in acrylics and oils. Charlotte uses water colour inks with salts and fillers to create the background colour and textures. The mark making is all freehand in pencil or white ink.
We are thrilled to kick off our 'Framewerks Features' with local artist Sally Pudney who is a landscape painter working in an expressive realistic style. A selection of Sally's work will be at Framewerks until Friday 29th Nov.
